Is Beige Really Over? Not So Fast.

I scrolled past a post the other day declaring that beige is “done”—outdated, boring, a trend that needs retiring. I didn’t think much of it at the time. But days later, it lingered… and I realized why: I don’t agree.

Beige might not be the flashiest hue, but it’s foundational. It’s a canvas—a quiet backdrop that allows everything else in your space to shine. If you’re someone who loves switching things up, beige is what makes that effortless. No need to repaint when your style evolves.

It’s also emotional. Beige carries a calmness that invites you in, lets you breathe, and doesn’t ask you to be anything but yourself. I’ve seen it time and time again—not just for me, but for the clients I work with.

And let’s be honest: beige is just easy to love. It’s warm, inviting, and endlessly versatile, whether you lean toward light, airy interiors or deeper, cozier tones. My clients naturally gravitate toward it, and I completely understand why.
Maybe beige isn’t boring. Maybe it’s quietly brilliant.
